Live Well. Age Well.

Aging well starts with eating right, staying active, and thinking positive. Learn how to take good care of your body and your mind with timely tips from our Thrive at Home Specialists.

Villages are local, intergenerational, intentional groups of adults that leverage social capital. Villages thrive in the belief that independence is made possible through interdependence. Oftentimes Village Membership extends the period of aging-at-home and data suggests Village members feel more socially connected and feel less isolated. Making Village Membership part of your Aging Plan can increase confidence and improve access to services and support when you need them.

Optimal health requires more than health care–it includes interpersonal connections and social support, mutual aid, and the ability to access resources, food, and transportation.

Villages, simply put, provide the infrastructure needed for us to help one another take care of one another as we age at home.

Live your best life at every age...
