L.A. County’s program, L.A. Found, helps caregivers of those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other cognitive impairments through a partnership with Project Lifesaver, a voluntary system of trackable bracelets for at-risk individuals.  Join us via Zoom to learn the steps to acquire a free bracelet for your loved on.
