Aging well starts with eating right, staying active, and thinking positive. Learn how to take good care of your body and your mind with timely tips from our Thrive at Home Specialists.

I was born in Ontario. After Chaffey College (ASB President), I graduated from San Jose State. I’m a salesman. With wife Bonnie, I got transferred around a lot. Tired of traveling, tired of moving, we decided to settle back in California, (Ontario) with our son and daughter. Who says you can’t go home again? In 1982 we bought a small retail business, Bonnie named it Thoughts ‘N’ Things Hallmark. We sold it in 2007.

Sadly, in 2014, Bonnie passed away. We were married 52 years. My son James and his wife have a son and daughter, my daughter Heather and her husband have 4 daughters.

Three years ago, I discovered the AgingNext Village from an ad in the Claremont Symphony Orchestra program. I also volunteer 100 hours at the Lewis Family Playhouse in Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga.

“Volunteering has been a wonderful experience! I know I’m helping, but it is a big help to me too.”
